Let me introduce myself, I'm Melisa Piccinetti, a passionate visual artist with a deep love for art that traces back to my childhood. Since I was a child, drawing and artistic expression have been my refuge and my passion. This love for art was further cultivated thanks to the influence of my aunt, the renowned visual artist Josefa Piccinetti, who inspired and guided me in my early creative steps.
Throughout my youth, I had the fortune of learning from two talented artists from Mendoza with a vast trajectory in the art world: Magalí Riera and Lenka Bajda. From their guidance, I absorbed techniques, perspectives, and a deeper understanding of artistic expression that significantly influenced my own style.
My art is a reflection of my eclectic and diverse spirit. I like to call my pieces "My Blend", as they represent a unique fusion of styles and techniques. From abstract to impressionism, through landscapes and surrealism, each piece is an exploration of different forms of artistic expression.
I work with a variety of mixed media techniques, exploring drawing, acrylic, and oil on different supports, from canvas to wood and paper. For me, any tool and format are welcome in my ongoing quest for creative expression.
Throughout my career, I have had the honor of participating in various local exhibitions here in Mendoza and contributing to several competitions. Although I have not yet had the fortune of winning an award, I consider each experience to be enriching and formative in my journey as an artist.
It is a pleasure to share my work with you through Artelista.com. I hope you find in my creations a source of inspiration and emotion, and I am excited to continue sharing my artistic journey with all of you!
Thank you for your attention and support!
